I'll send you an email with a return label so you won't have to pay for shipping costs.

Is your mailing address still the same as it was when you purchased the wheels?

Did you fix your rear wheel noise? I have the same issue I think it is the free hub my noise when climbing at 85 rpm clank clank? Just put very small amount of grease into free hub pawls as it was pretty dry in there see what happens tomorrow on my favorite climb! Wheels have been perfectly smooth until I started hearing a faint random clank in rear wheel after about 3 weeks riding and it has just gotten worse especially when climbing. I clean my wheels every week.

Let me know how cleaning and greasing the freehub body works. If you continue to have issues let me know.

Take care,

Just letting you know smooth as silk again after greasing up the free hub. Simply not enough in there from the start to last once you start riding the hub a bit on this one. I always thought the hub was very loud and my greasing job did not make it much quieter but I was very light on the amount of grease. May ride this for a week see how it stands up then pack it more thoroughly with grease see if that also makes it a bit quieter. Hope this helps anyone else with similar issue as it is a very easy hub to service and that is a bonus :)

Since I resolved the noise in my rear hub it started to squeak the other day when I was spinning the wheel while in the bike stand. Found that the free hub bearings were binding and already shot spinning the whole spindle with free hub was rough as guts. Don't suppose you could send me a new free hub cause 3 months riding is fairly bad?? I suspect the lack of lube in the free hub from the start has caused this failure! The main ceramic bearings seem fine luckily...
