Brake pads and black brake tracks?

Postby chris_gr » June 3rd, 2015, 10:04 pm

are there any pads that are less abrasive on the black finish on the brake tracks?
I'm using campagnolo brakes and I have read some stuff from zipp that says they are quite abrasive on aluminum rims. Would Swiss stop or kook stop be better for the life of the finish?

The black on mine was gone in a week or less. Not really wet either. My only disappointment with my 30s.
