Flo Cycling wants you to feel comfortable with your purchase. Please contact us if you have any issues with your wheels. If your wheels have material defects or issues with the workmanship we will take care of the problem. It is Flo Cycling's sole discretion to repair or replace the wheels.
Carbon Clincher Brake Pad Use
To maintain the warranty on your FLO Carbon Clinchers, you must use the FLO Cycling approved/provided carbon brake pads. We have formulated our brake pads to work with the epoxy resign system used in our FLO Carbon Clinchers. All FLO Carbon Clinchers will ship with FLO approved brake pads. Use of any other brake pads will void the warranty on your FLO Carbon Clinchers.
