Wheel Truing

What socket (tool) do you recommend for truing the Flo wheels? I had received a Flo disc that was not true and needs adjustment.

Thanks,

Matt

Matt,

We use the hexagonal nipple key found here... http://sapim.be/tools. You said you received a FLO DISC that was not true. Was it new from us? All of our wheels leave our warehouse true. What measurements did you take to warrant it out of true?

Thanks,
Chris Thornham

I'd like to note that I recently had a huge crash at 32mph and the bicycle bounced a total of 60' away from the spot where I was hit, 40' away from my body, bounced all over the place like a rag-doll, and the wheels (30s) are still true to the naked eye. This is a testing method I do not recommend, lol.

Wow! That's quite a story. Hopefully you are ok. That is the main thing!
