25s on my 45s?

Assuming clearance from my frame isn't a problem, is there any/much disadvantage or are there any potential problems associated with using GP4000II 25s on my 2016 Flo45s instead of the recommended 23s?

Not at all. In fact 25s can be better. We studied 20 tires in the wind tunnel last year, and then teamed up with Tom Anhalt to combine rolling resistance data with our aero numbers. The 25mm tire actually just beats out the 23mm tire overall because it has better rolling resistance. Here's the link to the article we published on the study.

*Note: This study was done with our FLO 60s so the result will vary, but I'm guessing the general consensus would be very similar.
