Australia Delivery and 'Order Processing'

Hi

I put in an order for the 30s on 4/10/15 and my invoice says the order is still 'processing'. Does anyone know how long these processes take?

I was also wondering approximately how long delivery to Australia will take?

Processing in our cart does is separate from our shipping company. As soon as your order comes in, we upload the order to our shipper. When your order ships, you will receive a shipping notification and tracking number from them. My records show that your order shipped on the 7th of October and that your wheels have just made it to Australia. Did you get a tracking number? If not, did you check your junk/spam folder? If you don't have one, let me know.
