Brake compatibility

Postby link5485 » June 29th, 2014, 11:37 am

My current brakes are nameless brakes that came on my Specialized Allez about ten years about. They won't open far enough to operate well with the Flo 30s I just got. I'm wondering if new Shimano Sora brakes would work? If not would Tiagra?

Let me ask you a question first. Do you have any washers or spacers between your brake pads and the arms of the brake?
