Shipping times to UK

Postby EngineerDan » December 28th, 2013, 9:32 am

Hi all,

I'm fairly sure I've seen guys who've ordered these wheels to ship to the UK. I was lucky enough to get in during the last pre-order and was just wondering what sort of time the wheels took to arrive (standard delivery)? I'm guessing the customs process may slow things up a little at this time of year too?

Chris,

No, just checked back through the emails and haven't received one - but followed the link to look at my order and it says "Processing". I guess this means they've not been despatched yet?

Cheers!

EngineerDan,

All wheels should be in the mail. Can you give me your order number so I can look into that for you?

Thanks,
Chris Thornham

EngineerDan,

I just sent you an email with all of your tracking information. It looks like your wheels are currently at customs clearance. Let me know if you don't get the email.

Happy New Year,
Chris Thornham

If it helps, I ordered 12 December and had them delivered today. The customs letter arrived last Friday 27th, unfortunately they won't release for delivery until VAT and Duty is paid. They were in UK customs on December 20. Being over Christmas I guess this took a little longer than usual.

Just wanted to say that my wheels arrived on Saturday. They're at my parents house so I haven't had the opportunity to covet them quite as much as I wanted, but thanks guys for the prompt responses via email. The quality Flo customer support is admirable.

Now I've just got to get in shape to do them justice...
